All cottages do have propane heaters, but do not have air conditioners or fans. Air conditioners are not permitted.
We are pet-friendly but pets must be leashed or tied at all times when outside, never left unattended and must be cleaned up after.

No, they do not. There is a laundromat approx. 1 ½ mile away.
We do not provide firewood. There are several places nearby that sell firewood, some are self-serve and some will deliver.
Timberland Bait (2 miles) sells both and bait is available at several locations around the lake.
Children can wade by our boat docks but due to boat activity in that area it is not recommended. Elmwood Beach (public) is within a short walking distance and Canadohta Lake Park (small fee) has a beach with a water slide less than 1 mile away.
You must provide your own toiletries, bed linens (for double beds), blankets and towels. We provide three adult size life vests in each cottage, if you have small children you need to bring appropriate size life jackets.
Yes, The Lady of Fatima Catholic Church is located close by on Lake Road, First Baptist Church is located in Lincolnville (2 miles) and there are several other churches located in Riceville and Union City.
Yes, located in the Lake area are The Frog Pond, The Bear Inn, Happi Jax and The Anchor. There are also several restaurants located nearby in Centerville, Union City, Waterford and Titusville, all within a 20 minute drive.
Our cottages are not furnished with any of the above.
Check-in is 2 pm, check-out is 10 am.
